- Sandra Ko28.04.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible, terrible customer service. The lady who served me (dark skinned), owner??, is downright rude. All I asked was what's the type of pretzels on display and she just said 'all menu on the board'. There's different pretzels on display without any names, so how would I know what they are??!!!!?? I stood there for a minute of so and she ignored me. The pretzels I bought are so hard as they've been displayed for awhile probably. I've been served by other workers before and never had this problem, and the pretzels I had last time were freshly baked so not hard like this time. Don't think I'll go back to that store again, terrible and horrible experience!!!
